Privacy and cookie notice
This page explains how Verde Rana S.r.l. handles the personal data of visitors to this website, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Applications sent through the “Careers” form are covered by the applicant privacy notice.

2. What data we process and why
- Browsing data. To deliver the website and keep it secure, our hosting provider’s systems record some technical data in the server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type). Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only for as long as strictly necessary for these purposes.
- Requests by email or phone. If you contact us at ufficio@verderana.it or by phone, we use the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) only to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
- Applications. Data sent through the “Careers” form is processed as described in the applicant privacy notice.
3. Cookies and fonts
The website does not set its own cookies and does not use profiling, statistics or marketing tools. The only third-party content that may involve cookies or similar technologies is the YouTube video described below.
The typefaces (DM Sans and Playfair Display, SIL Open Font License) are hosted on our own server: visiting the website does not send requests to Google Fonts.
4. Third-party content: YouTube

When a YouTube video is loaded, Google may receive technical data (such as your IP address and device information) and, under its own policies, may use cookies or similar technologies. This may involve a transfer of data to the United States, based on the safeguards adopted by Google (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). For details, see Google’s privacy policy.
External links. The website links to third-party services (LinkedIn, Comelz, Google Maps, YouTube). No data is sent to these services until you choose to open the link; from then on, their own notices apply.
5. Who receives the data
Data is processed by Verde Rana’s authorised staff and by technical service providers (hosting and email), appointed as data processors where required by Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, obtain data portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to ufficio@verderana.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
